I'm digging the single headlight look.
The K5 I briefly owned reminded me of all the cool rides I had eith singl lights. My 79 CJ-7, 79 Z-28, 79 K5, 87 Corvette, 95 ZJ...and 2 Harleys lol!

Got the new shaft put in today, and test flexed it with my skid loader. The ride area for the slip yoke is 7”. Looks like this shaft will work a lot better. I’m going to do some better testing and possibly add some bump stops when I have more free time.

I pulled out two of the mirror nutserts on the passenger side last weekend, so I welded in some 1/4” bolts and washers. I also put a matching set of mirrors on from my parts truck.

I saw these pictures of a 241/241 doubler on Facebook. I’m curious if I could stick a 241 range box infront of my 208. I have plenty of 88-98 ifs 241 cases laying around. Anybody on here ever done anything similar?

There looks to be a place from pirate back in the day that was doing doublers for all kinds of transfer cases. DD Machine on there. MIA since like 2015. Little bit of google fu shows a D&D Machine up in Portland which is where they were from. Maybe call them and see. (503) 753-5033 D&D Machine

Well I spoke too soon. I twisted my front yoke. I thought it was my spring bushings squeaking turns out it was my front u joints. I have everything ordered to make a 1410 front shaft. I also ordered a 1410 yoke for my current shaft to make it a spare.
