22” I believe. I measured the amount of frame overhang past the rear shackles; that is how I came to that number.

It was another successful trip. I bent my t case crossmember pretty badly on the ledges. I really need to get my clocking ring on my 208 and build a lower profile crossmember.

The 17 degree “heatwave” we got today motivated me to get this turd out for a few hours. I really need to get this thing in the shop and start getting my upgrades installed and ready for Tuttle this spring.

Finally got my transfer case clocked up in this last night. I had to beat the passenger side header in to clear the driveshaft. Today I plan to lengthen the front driveshaft and re-work the exhaust.

Got it all together took it on a test run, and apparently I did not get it sealed

I re-pulled the t-case last night. Gave the clocking ring a heavy coating of rtv on both sides, and let it sit all night. I filled the trans this morning parked on a steep-ish incline, so far it is leak free.

I had a major fan rubbing issue (when extremely flexed the fan clutch would stop) due to the 1” body lift and incorrect fan/schroud. I removed the shroud and fan from the engine; then cut 3/4” off of each fan blade. I installed a brand new severe duty fan clutch while I had it apart. I re-worked an aftermarket big block shroud to work with random parts truck radiator hold down hardware that I modified to work with my aftermarket 4 core radiator. Then to ice the cake I added a pusher electric fan. Hopefully this keeps the big block cool and the fan out of the shroud.
