It's kinda funny; I noticed driving my 73 C10 for a couple days, it's running the same temperature. Now I'm curious if it's accurate or a faulty gauge. Warm air comes out the heater but not super warm. This is an AC truck.
Maybe we ought to pick up cheap temp guns and check it out.
I had one from Harbor Freight and I wasn't too impressed. I was thinking about getting one of those radiator caps with a temperature gauge built in.

Figured it was time to ditch the mini spool for a locker so I don’t trash the new rubber. The truck drives sooooo much better. I can actually make a tight turn now without making any noise! I don’t think I will ever put a spool in anything that sees pavement again.

Got it on a stand and tested out the new electric power washer. Going to start collecting parts for the cam and the swap.
