It’s because they know we already peed in that water and then sent it down to Nebraska. 
They’re kind of a balloon looking tire which I’m not a huge fan of. The front is 52s with a zero rate and long shackles to clear the frame. The rear is 4” DIY4X shackle flip with zero rates. So somewhere around 5-6” of lift I guess.
There used to be another one of these river events in Saint Paul for a long time that just got shut down this year. There are some people that don’t respect the rules of this one that could definitely get it shut down any day as well. It is a lot of fun though.
Here in Utah water is like gold so there's no way something like that would fly here. Glad you guys got a place to wheel. People who are raised out west here don't realize how lucky they are with all this public land. I love it compared to everything being private back in WI where I grew up.
