I can’t take out the ez inch cause that’s how I center the axle in the wheel well.
I was thinking the same thing.You could ditch the ez inch for some 1/4" or 3/8" thick axle offset plates. ORD sells them but I just made my own based on theirs.

I like the tail to be a little bit higher than the front when empty. Part of it is my preference, but also it can help keep the tail from dragging as easily. Then if there is a load in the back, it's acceptable to have it low.Unpopular opinion, but I don't mind a little squat on a REAL offroad truck. Not any of that Carolina squat crap.
Yeah it is level. If you look at the rockers, you can see it's level.
