'89 Blazer LS swapped DD/Adventure Rig

Just looked it up for a 91 blazer on their web site and it show a black one that I think is it.
I'm on my phone so the pic was small

Interesting, two variations of the same part number evidently.

Gonna have to break down and buy my compressor thru sanden directly. All of the units I've found online are "sanden type", not genuine.

I was looking at them on their site last night and saw that they are in Wylie not that far from me. If I can get it direct from them and help save you any money I will be glad to help.

Much appreciated, I will let you know when I get ready.

Napa could not get me the 1k200083 in a parallel flow... so I checked with advance, tube and fin design. Oreillys, tube and fine design. Finally I found what I needed at AutoZone, a drop in parallel flow condenser. Spectra premium p/n 7-3642. Success! They even price matched it @$85

WooHoo!

Don't know how I missed this but am glad to see you finally got a build thread going so I can watch and get more ideas lol. The truck is looking great dude :waytogo:

I've got a line on a set of 56s from a 3/4 ton burb. If I swap sides on my shackle flip and run these will it re center the rear end in the fender well?

Do they ride any better?

Yes and yes. I added a zero rate/e-z inch for more adjustability.

I am gonna snag those springs Saturday and get them cleaned up and ready to go.

Side note:
I got my 4LO switch where I want it, now I just need to wire it up. Turned out pretty slick I think.

Heck yeah man that's perfect! Do you mind if I get one of those from you for my LS swap? I'd be more than happy to PayPal you the postage and .02 cents for the switch lol.

I can't tell from the pick, is the switch threaded so it just tightens on to the bracket with a nut on the other side?

Yup, just gimme your address.

Drill a 1/4" hole and the switch slides in with a nut on the other side.

Got the switch wired up and the trans shifts great in 4LO, never could get it into OD though. Does anyone know if a 4l60e should go into OD in 4LO?
With the shift kit in mine, it winds 3rd wayyy out in 2wd, so I may not have enough speed in low to make it shift idk?

Pretty sure that is normal and won't shift in od in low range.

I'll pm you tomorrow with my work address. Thanks.

Makes sense. 1-2 will snap your neck if you're not careful, then it'll grab 3, then the converter will lock in 3rd.

I forgot how much fun 4LO was.....[emoji14]
