'94 Dodge service truck DD/Tow rig build

Got the drawers all figured out. I talked my sister into sewing up some tool rolls for the wrenches not so much for being able to pull them all out and go (although they work well for that) but mostly so they don't slide all over the place.
I need to figure out the CO2 tanks next. I need to order a couple fixed regulators and decide what to do for a hose.

I think I saw on NorCal, but you already checked into poly perf stuff? Best I've found so far plus I think it's a 200psi reg

I know this is a little late seeing as you already have the front end done, but I used a 95 ford dana 60 outers on my 97 to gain locking hubs, it was literally a bolt on deal and it was worth a 1 mpg gain

Yeah I've read that thread on pirate I just haven't found the parts or a whole axle for cheap locally. It's on my radar but I'm not going out of my way or blow the budget to do it.

I nabbed the parts from a wrecked truck that was headed to the crusher, axle was bent so I got the stuff for free.

I heard dana 50 stuff wont work but I'm not sure why not from the ball joints out it all looks the same, and I have used dana 50 hubs and spindles on ford 60's before so who knows maybe on the next one I will try the ttb stuff

I remember reading the ttb stuff wouldn't work for whatever reason. Maybe the balljoint spacing is slightly different from our dodge 60's.

Thats what I was thinking , virtually everything else is the same I think even the balljoints are the same I'll try an cross reference the parts one night when i'm bored

TTB won't work because the king pin inclination is different. You would end up with more camber.

You can redrill the ttb spindle to fit into the dodge knuckle and use the dodge brakes

Hadnt heard that. Sweet just makes the swap that much cheaper and easier.
