It seems like the system is breaking in. I drove it to work today and it wasn't too bad. It drives like a big truck now instead of a car like it used to. I think I need to tweak the alignment a bit and try to figure out if I'm getting any binding in the column. On the bright side, the brakes work great, better than the 1/2 ton stuff. Not returning to center is very annoying.

Yea, I wasn't sure how the 1 ton stuff was going to work with my master cylinder. The pedal is soft, but I can lock all 4 tires up on asphalt once I go the prop valve adjusted.Yeah, I get a kick out of the guys "upgrading" their Dana 60's to 3/4 ton brakes......

Thanks! I still have a few bugs to work out, but I'm planning on taking out in the dirt tomorrow after work for an easy shakedown run. That looks insanely good. Very nice work sir. I love it.
Not yet, but the roll bar in the bed is 2" DOM and tied into the frame. Between that and the engine cage I think I'd survive a rollover, but I'll definitely be adding a cage before I get too crazy.Looks so good.
Do you have any cage in the cab?
Lookin' good!
If everything works out, I'll be co-driving the 4891 car at KOH. I've done a Dirt Riot race with him and we went to Glen Helen, but he blew the engine during practice and didn't actually get to race.Wow this thing is bad dude, your pretty close to us, you going to KOH this year?
