Guess I have selectable death wobble

Been doin some truck stuff with it lately, haulin parts and what not. And guess what came back like a boss......death wobble!!
Went through the front end again, tightened steering box(was a lil loose). That helped a bit.
One of my truck buddies was saying it could be the lower kingpin bearing causing it??? Everythings tight when theres no weight on it, but the bearing could possibly be worn/moving when the weight is applied to it correct??
Steering stabilizer seems on the weak side as well, maybe a good time to upgrade to a dual set up and see what happens.
Tires havent been rotated in a couple years, so its prob time for that too.
It seems to do it primarily between 20-40 mph randomly.
Forgot to add, checked U bolts, the drivers side was loose. So i tightened em, but didnt have time for a test bag
