This was my first time to Moab. It was through the offer of Eric (Blazinzuk) that I was able to partake in the BB10. I have been throughout the Rockies of CO, the Blackhills of SD, the Smokies, Adirondaks, and a few others in the Eastern US, but the RedRock of the LaSal mts. and surrounding areas were new to me. Being from MI, the majesty of mountains is an awesome sight to behold. The sun shining on them in the early morning and late afternoon is a beautiful treat to the eyes.
Here are my pics from the trip, in no particular order.
We went out with a group to BFE on Friday...played around most of the day there.
Alan (ALF4444) was cursed by a big rock on the t/c and transmission that cracked his T350 case....he was done for the weekend. I was fortunate enough to help him, his wife, and his buddy quench their thirst a couple nights tho.
This is Chris (38377k5) what an awesome rig....makes this stuff look almost easy.
Erics' "Horton", what a simple yet very functional vehicle. There just wasn't much to slow this machine down. I left the area with only one word for it....Impressive.
Tom from ORD....very cool, and equally capable rig. He was having fun with it.
This is Dirks very clean rig....I do think he scratched the rocker slides though.
