When did that become a classic?
When an 8430 (not the articulated one from the 70's) and an 8345R (stupid numbering system....) replaced it.

I like the styling of the Minneapolis-Moline "Orchard Tractor" with the cab and fenders--reminds me of a 34 Ford coupe,very sleek and stealthy...not very good for rugged tractor duty uses though--probably why so few sold.."too pretty to use it!"..

If you used a coil with an internal resistor the points wont burn--if its a coil without a resistor, a ballast resistor from a Chrysler product with points from the 60's and 70's works fine..they cost about 3 bucks..
