Allis-Chalmers tractor purchase. Now, The Old Tractor thread. Post yours.

Visiting the ol' farmstead this week, a dumpster was delivered to the wrong spot. So I grabbed the Minnie and dragged it to where it was supposed to be.

Always neat when the toys come out, especially now that I've moved away. I really like that thing. :)

You're not alone, But I haven't really got much to add to the thread, all my equipment interaction is at work, but our oldest tractor we've got there is a beat up JD 4020, though it's by far the most nimble tractor we have.

I've been known to borrow the neighbors beautiful IH 1066 when I'm in need of a tractor with a loader though.

Bump. I can't be the only one around here who likes farm machinery...
You're not. But unfortunately I can't contribute much to this thread. Too many hills where I am at for a whole lot of tractors. What little agricultural land round these parts that did exist has all been taken over by the dope growers.:1zhelp:

Maybe I'll snap a few more this weekend when I take my Gantry crane to the farm for storage for while. And look for 6 lug rims....
Not sure what will be happening on Saturday since it's raining now....

The 1660 we just bought, this was last fall. Bought it with only 1300 hours.

This was on our last bottoms of corn, wasn't fully stuck but being loaded it might as well have been.
(Not hard to guess which lights on the combine are LED)

This is our seed dealers tractor he hauls people on for plot tours, took him many years to track the FWA parts down for it.

This was just a week or two ago, scored a pair of belt pulleys for $14 so naturally had to install one on the H. Also had to change plugs since #3 died over the winter.
