I dig your work, it's really good looking stuff. The tumbler looks like it's a great piece of equipment, might have to pick one up.

@Deuling how would the tumbler do with .063-.080 aluminum? Could you use it for smaller sheets, like license plate size parts?

This style with the media I have would probably eat that apart.

Theres all kinds of different vibrating style tumblers though. The circular ones look nice.

I forgot to mention I am doing a run of USA made shirts. USA material and printed by a dude in Texas.

These will be basically it. I asked him to make the flag not be squared off on the back, and to add a white outline around my logo.
If anybody is interested just leave a comment and what size, and ill just add it to my bulk order.
(don't comment if you already did on FB or Instagram)

They are a poly cotton blend and super comfy.

Should be around $20 plus the ride if I get enough qty ordered. If you think that's too much then you can go buy hole filled Chinese shirts at Hollister for $47 :flipoff7:

Inbox is full there.

These shirts run true to size?

Can't wear a shirt that is tight like your jeans :haha:

I had friggen 500 messages in my inbox. Some are from 2013 lol.

Should be good now.

And yeah I got a large and after washing and drying it did shrink a little, but it was a bit big before anyways.

Id say it runs pretty true.

Link mounts for a tube chassis. 1.75 at the tube, 2.63 for the heim (I stacked washers because I only had a 7/8" heim and needed an extra 5/8)

Good. Because I have seen .120 wall DOM tear open with that much leaverage.

I don't know if his chassis is .120 wall, I'd assume thicker on the bottom rail for rocks and such.

I just used this for mockup because he wanted 1.75.

I think I'm finally seeing the light with getting this plasma table cutting better after a year and a half of tweaks.

The big letters on these weld on name plates are about an inch tall and came out damn good IMO.

Also the little circle in the D shaped key ring bottle opener is .15 inch. Fairly impressive for plasma with standard consumables in my opinion. Probably look even better with fine cut consumables.

So is that going to be your new logo?

No I wouldn't put @mrk5 through that mess haha. I was picky enough with the first logo going back and forth 10000000 times lol.

It's a guy on Instagram that got ahold of me. His page/business etc is called Divine Dirt.

Had like a whole week of "NEEDED THESE YESTERDAY" type work lol.

Tuesday night I was asked to quote these prototypes for New Eagle Consulting (they said I could share). They asked if I could make them Wednesday and if they could send somebody 3 hours to pick up.

So I got out of work at 4 and booked it to the shop, had them cut and bent when he got here. I was so nervous all night and day that the power would be out at the shop or something stupid lol.

They are prototype drivetrain mounts for a Ford transit van they are swapping electric motors in.

:)

And then when he left I worked on this batch of parts until midnight... I should be part time at my day job in the next few weeks.

Then bent up a few of Shortiron Fabs back blade pump boxes last night. Kevin helped.
