Blazer Bash 2020 last minute thrash

Been doing some stuff, some planned some not so much. Drove to Denver it died in a couple different intersections on Hampden in the hot sun a couple weeks ago. Guy helped me push it out of the intersection, I jumped in coasted 2 blocks down hill saw a shady spot, checked things out, fuel pump was working, as were injectors, no fire turned over well. Cooled down, started drove a couple miles died again on up hill in middle of 3 lanes, hit right lane and done. Coasted backwards onto the wide sidewalk, called Bent, then called a local tow to me who happened to be 5 minutes away and about to head home empty after dropping one off. It started again drove a couple miles and kaput, luckily there was a construction zone I coasted into. Got towed home.

So far I have found burned up rotor, questionable ignition module, (just a guess), 2 bad plug wires, one broken vacuum plug, another vacuum line was off but I may have done that replacing the rotor, module, and dizzy cap. I still have 4 more plugs and wires to change. Then a test drive 45 minutes each way and a cruise they have been doing.

Not ready yet but @Fastereddie and his brother are making it possible. I can't thank them enough and I can only force so much beer and pizza on them.

I could go tomorrow, but I'd be sad not to have my new tires mounted.

My rig is good lol. Sounds like we have a doubler to pull on a big crew about buggy thats gona suck. Ar plate is flipping heavy and thats the skid crossmember.

yea that helps its just long and we have to disconnect the front four links cause the builder didnt listen. good times

So, actually thinking about this I need to help @Desert_K5 get his rig running, change the trans fluid in my Dirtymax, get new tires for the trailer, check/topoff nitrogen in shocks and bumps, do a complete bolt check, and maybe tie my roll cage into the frame (if) I have time. I’ll think of more now that I’m thinking about it.
