Blazer's 85 Suburban "Twinkie"

I did all the U joints in my buddies jeep in about an hr with mine. Including the double cardan.
(Shafts were out already lol)
 
Yeah been looking at those too Uinta Garage had this one listed from Amazon

 
The description on that keeps saying "disassemble"..
Can it be used to put em back together too..?

I like the ball joint press for u joints as well. Little heavy and large for a trail tool in my mind.
Plus I really like to put tool in vise, do more like a bench mount.
A regular 6 or 8" C clamp and a couple short sockets could be made to work on the trail.
Been thinking about a reciever vice a lot recently. Gonna work and refine that idea some
 
I'm sure the c-clamp looking tool is handy, but I've been super impressed with the removal tool. I've replaced a LOT of u-joints lately, and with that tool, it's a 5 min job.
