Yeah I like the ford 16x7s. Good shape to em.

New plow setups now are stupid money and not as beefy . New FISHER mm2 9ft HD2 is over 6,000 last I checked new . And good used not whooped out is 3,500 - 4,500 all day .
Just a new replacement trip shoe on the bottom is over 800 if you can find them for these old units . The blade main unit O.M.G that would be crazy money .
I have around 1k in the rebuild and service parts . My time is my time and not counted. And I LOVE to fix up old stuff .
Some guys have adapted these blades to the newer setups cause there more weight and stay down better .
@KirsL
wow! I knew they were pricey but that's just crazy!While I have seen the proof of your statement on some of your other posts, out here the used stuff is still pretty decent. Not having the humidity ALL year long to keep the rot going makes a difference.NEVER buy a plow truck for sale used I believe. . To rusty and crappy on the underside .
I always buy a clean truck and ADD the plow .
Turning wrenches for years I got to see way to many clean looking plow trucks underside and the crap hiding under there .
