I made some brackets to install the On board Air System. I am using the blue battery box to put the compressor & all the electrical in and I got 2 battery boxes from Ballistic that I will use for the batteries. It is just Mocked up now.

The cage came out of a 75 Blazer that was chopped up, would work for a short guy but not for me.
Here are some pictures of the 203/205 doubler. I hope to get it installed tomorrow.
Here are the most current pictures of my motor. The Fuel injection system has not got here yet. The plan is to have it broke in & Dyno'ed tuned on March 17th.:woot:

I got to work on the front end a bit today also. Did some cutting with the Plasma & relocated my batteries to the rear end, relocated the PSC steering & PS cooler to the drivers side front and relocated the inline Tranny fliter to the passenger side front end. I just need to finish cleanning up the wires.

Blazer is looking sweet. Wish I still live there, but live goes on and if I was there I would not have my starter blazer.(lol)

Tomorrow I plan on building the cross members for the Doubler & getting the drivelines back in. Also hope to run new Tranny lines to the Filter and cooler and finish mounting the batteries to the rear then I can get the power ran back to the front and use the cool guy power blocks Wyocowboy gave me, thanks Jake!:waytogo:

My blazer has two stock crossmembers in under the doubler. And its one thing I did like with it when I got it I'll take a Pic tomorrow for ya

OK. I have been following this thread, and I've got to ask. What do you do for a living? Looks like you get to spend more time on the Blazer than should be allowed. I am envious.

I work in the Oil Field, North Dakota. Do pretty good now and building kind of a Rig I have always dreamed of. I am gone 16 days at work and back home for 12 days so it is tough getting alot of work done to the Blazer, that is why I have a shop in Laramie helping me with some of the big stuff. I am trying to get most of it done befor May 11th, that is a trip to Moab a group of us are doing. I don't have much time when I am gone so much.

That explains it. I could not figure out why you would be getting pictures from the shop, then next you are showing the work you did.

Very cool build.

Moab in May? Hmmmmm.

Thanks, Ya May should be fun! Anyone & everyone is welcome to join us. I will be there May 11th to the 17th. Wyocowboy please send pictures.

Well when you do get it in and start breakn your axles and what not ill buy your beadlocks. Lol thing should be crazy with all that rat power

I can hardly wait, the fuel injection system is not here yet! Had to go with the Holly Mutiport since the Edelbrok system is not being shipped for a while still. Hope to Dyno it next weekend.:woot:I will post numbers when I have them.

Friday, I got the Battery Boxes installed, cut the front leaf spring brackets off, finished install the tranny filter, got one crossmember for the doulbler done & installed rear driveline that is to short now, hooked up the tripple stick shifters & figured out where the drivers seat is going to go so I can put the cutting brakes in.
Saturday I rode my Harley!:haha:
