Do yourself a favor and upgrade the shackles while it's apart. Those have little life left

And keep looking. I'm thinking there's something else. Have you serviced your king pins?

Think I can find upgraded shackles local in SLC? I was hoping to do this this weekend or possibly Tuesday.

Is there a set you recommend?

I jacked up the front end and wiggled everything then used a pry bar under the tire but I can't get those king pins to move or wiggle at all

Oh all I have done is grease them

Do the GoPro first. If those king pins are moving (you won't see it by hand) , then you are ordering parts .
Order shackles while you're at it

I've made them out of 3/8" plate and a drill press. Last round I bought them from ORD. Cuz I'm old and lazy like that

I'm middle age and lazy and want it done right and fast so I'll look into it.

I'd video both ends of the truck, even if you find something right off the bat.

That's the plan. Go pro facing front and rear. Once I get my hands on them.

I'm still pretty hesitant on front end issues just because I never feel it in the steering wheel. But from what I have learned from this nightmare is anything is possible

I'm starting to feel like I rebuild this entire thing every couple years

Once I get videos what's the best way to get them in here for the experts to watch?

I can upload them for you I made a channel just to share our stuff

I just read through all of this, and I want to congratulate you on all of your work, and tenacity through it all!!!!!

I know that you will find this problem too.

Once it finishes loading this is the rear view but its upside down

Front view coming soon
