Burnt burb resurrection (It's mine again!)

I want a k30 that I can bush hog out. Strip the body and cage it, etc. But I need a tow rig first. So it'll be a year or 2. Not sure really what direction to go. Almost had a k30 single cab dually this week for 1500. But it sold the day I got the money from the burb.

I had it for 6 yrs, sold it to a buddy that I thought would take care of it. And at some point it had a gallon of gas set fire in the passenger rear floor board.
Body got cut apart. And here the rest sits.
