Crew cab. Use it or lose it.

Thanks guys! Just a bit odd to have somebody else under the rig wrenchin' away while I'm doing something else.

I guess its all good though. He does good work and the more technical it is, the more fussy he gets about it being just right. So, considering the gears, its a good thing.

He should have the gear install done by tomorrow and the axle fully reassembled with new brakes on the rear. I can almost feel the gas pedal under the foot now.

I heard today was a clean air day or some crap....so you missed it by a day or two...:haha::haha::haha:

I think that is tomorrow. Meh, I'll make up for it. I keep thinkin' with all the good mileage cars out there these days and hybrids, got to be some gas that is gona go bad somewhere. Somebody has got to burn it.

I know right...I will have to take my dirty burning Vette out tomorrow, and fire up the Jeepster and let it idle all the old gas out of it:flipoff1::flipoff10::flipoff3::flipoff13: you tree huggers

Ah ****, today is my b-day. Why did did the damn greenies have that BS on MY day?
I have to get my rig going so I can also mock them.
Bastards.

Maybe I'll fire The Blazer up just for giggles. Scare the neighbor kids.

Cant wait to see the rims Kert! Jim called me tonight on the way back and said he thought they turned out good.

Hope to have them on the truck tomorrow. Realistically, Friday.

Need the truck this weekend to so, we're right down to the wire...as usual.

Definatly seems to be a trend with you and your trucks. Price to pay for great service to everyone else I suppose.

There's a shot of the new brakes for the rear.

37's look good on the truck. Little bit fatter lookin'. If that's a good thing.

YEAH, what he said, it looks like it has a lot deeper hub than most, because of the offset your using or what?

Dude, I didn't think that CC could look any better, but that nailed it right there.
Nice!

How wide are the rims?

10". Same rims as before. Just chopped out some of the beadlock ring to make it easier to service.

Thanks Zim. I'll take ya for a ride round the town when you get out this way.

I should have went for a ride while you were here, so I could compare....but I know what bias ply tires feel like, compared to radials....looks sweet man!

Thanks Boondock! It definitely rides better. It used to bounce so bad at 70ish MPH. Lot better now.

are those amber/red side markers in the flares a stock option? never noticed them before... tires look sweet Kert!

I think so... Had to replace some of the lenses and they were a by make/model sort of thing. Never really thought about it before you asked. Thought they were always on the dually fenders.

Thanks!
