mabye your case was diffrent than mine but mine is still holding up

I expect that it wont effect anything. Most dodges are probably the brass insert. The diameter of the mainshaft at those areas looks the same so I'm not really expecting any complications. I was planning on pulling the 2 today and fininshing up the conversion.

figured id update this a bit. this case is still around and kicking it. I no longer own it but it came out a rig a year or 2 ago, no issues.

Mine is as well....I never ended up using it in the Willys wagon since I switched to a driver side drop axle.....but the 208 I did has been living under RichZ28's K5 for quite some time now.
