Welded the bushing tube top and bottom and sides.
Added plate. I may add more bracing. But i doubt it will ever fail as is.

I didnt drill holes to do the dimples. I used the hole punch on the iron worker. Holes are as easy as pressing down on the hydraulic lever
Then you just put the die in the hole and push the lever down again
They are my favorite thing in fabbing now lol. If I make something, i make sure i can put that $400 in dimple dies to work
Oh, I know. I just get a chuckle out of all of your dimples.

If you don't like drilling holes so much why not just unbolt the hanger, move it back however far you need and then weld IT to the frame?
This was one of my thoughts. But honestly I don't buy the "I don't like drilling holes" thing, that's all part of a build. Got to take the good and the bad. Not an excuse to cut corners.

And welding a spring hanger is dumb. What if I want different springs later?
