Deuling's 1985 K5. "Restart thread on post #8415"

Bump pads are built into the link brackets, only room is a small truss on top from the diff to the driver link bracket.
 












Ended up just doing this with the upper C's and welding it in. 1/4"
Hoping that prevents me from pulling a wade :whistle:

Thanks. Im sore lol. It was alot of climb down and mock up, climb back out and grind, repeat, weld etc lol.

Mostly sore because skye made me run 2 miles yesterday morning with her. I havnt run 2 miles since high school lol.

You do realize that's gonna whistle going down the freeway? Jk this is awesome I like that you gusseted the c's did you drain the diff oil or anything special before you welded the truss up?
