Anybody know the spicer u joint part numbers for the front double cardan joint? And also the center ball thing?

Mine esploded.

I broke the stock front CV 3 times before I switched to 1350. I hope it doesn't keep happening to you. Make sure you have enough angle for full droop, and enough slip travel on full bump. And then you still break it.

Never broke it before and it was still stock as far as the cv joint. I know this because I had to melt the plastic injection stuff out to get the u joints out tonight. If it breaks after I rebuild it, we shall upgrade.

I ran it hard yesterday, but ive ran it pretty hard in the past as well.

I guess I got a few action pics taken at the dunes :thumb:

Got my new cheapo marine 6x9s tonight and repurposed some old wood boxes I had made, siliconed all the joints and added some paint to seal. Sound pretty good.

Was just gonna set them here, but they are in the way of rear leg room.

So I think im gonna put them up in this area and tie them to the tubes somehow.

Tie them in good... wouldn't want to get hit in the head with one! :doah:

Lol. Actually thats like the middle of the blazer, I find that is the point that stuff moves around the least while in the dunes :haha:

I used to drive 55-60,000 miles a year for work for the last 10 years. Never had a radio. And when I did I would turn it off. I enjoy the sound of the road and my ride more than music. Gives you plenty of time to come up with ideas for stuff.....

I thought that when I put my new dash in. I thought I just won't put the radio back in, I'll just chill and drive....... Nope, mines too loud and I like music too much haha :haha:

So this was cool. Never rebuilt one, and I must say spicer non greasable joints are the nicest effing u joint I've ever installed.

There's a freeking grease fitting in these too!! Never knew that.
