INSTALL BRAKE LINES AND BLEED

INSTALL SHINY NEW RACELINES WRAPED IN FRESH 35" RUBBER


FRONT AXLE


REMOVE OLD AXLE


INSTALL NEW AXLE NO MODS WITH NEW U-BOLTS AND SHOCK MOUNTS

INSTALL BRAKE LINES BLEED

Anybody tuck their winch up under the radiator behind the bumper?
Is there enough room?
I'd like to hide it and maybe make my front plate removable and have the fairlead behind it.
 
I can't remember if the bolt in steering brace from ORD works on the 1st gens or not. I cut mine up, but I think that was because I changed everything up for the hidden winch in the front. It was too long ago, but something to check on.

I just finished the hidden winch, hidden handle this last weekend, so that's at the end of the thread, but it looks like my hidden winch starts about here.

Well the only person I'd let do my list of stuff that is local is to busy right now. No big deal, I'll just have to do what I should do anyways..

Got my new perches burnt in. Now I just need to get someone to it them up for me.

Slapped 3 washers in there and I lines up close enough..
And yes the alternator belt just kisses the cap.

I had a hell of a time getting my PS belt/pulley to align. I had to mod the bracket a bit and still used a couple of washers. Mine would squeal more when it was cold. I ended up using a double groove pulley on the PS, My alt is on the Pass side so no cap rub.

Bummer man. Hate to see it go. Hopefully the sale goes well for you and it ends up in a good home.
 
Well, didn't get 20k so, I'm back!

Didn't put much effort into selling it, need to refinance the house but it can wait, I guess..
