That video I posted came out Oct 2019 so I assume thats about the time when v65 was released.

What power source did you use to turn on your EFI ECM? I'm thinking of using them electric choke power since it turns on with the accessory mode. Looking for anything other suggestions.

Use the coil power. The power to feed the new coil comes off the battery feed

did you guys have to disassemble to install manifold? fuel rails and throttle body?

not 1 bit . plop on and bolt down . unless you want rear inlet/outlet then its just swap the fuel crossover hose end for end .

might have to join this thread/club........................
thinking real hard on it................

OK IM ORDERING..............
That didn't seem like a very long decision process. :haha:

I had my throttle body off at one point, but I don't remember why. I don't believe that it's necessary. I may have changed one or both of the back studs to slightly taller ones. The fuel rails are perfect handles.
Using a torque wrench on the center 4 bolts was a trick, I can't remember what I did. I would look at that before you get it on the engine where is easier to figure out. This manifold has large runners and plenum, so the bolts get crowded.

And you choose what pressure you want to run with the regulator that you buy. My engine is tame, I went 43 psi.

I’m seriously thinking about proflo too...I know I’m going to, I just don’t know when I want to see the scary CC bill :doah:

Will it control the 700r4 lockup?

410+ hp i am going to get 58 psi, return style system already set up for

And my order is in.
have to wait till next month to install need fluids coil and a few other things but it will arrive aug 10th i think

43 psi running 425 HP

I took mine apart to port the intake and move the fuel to the rear. It’s pretty simple

definitely the right decision

@Scribbles , it doesn't have any transmission control at all. Mine apparently has a modified valve body, so it works the lock-up.
I don't know what would be your best option.

You can do the lock up on a manual switch. Still need to hook mine up on my MVB 4L80.

Overall, its a pretty simple swap and tuning it is straight forward.

will call Edelbrock in the morning to see if 58 psi to much
do you have to hook fans up to system?

2E159F71-EDD5-4BF3-95AD-59074C70840C.jpeg Like was said it comes assembled, I did swap the crossover to the front on mine , I already had my fuel lines ran to the back so it was easier.went 43 psi on mine 30 over 350 vortec heads comp 268 cam , runs great !

You don't have to. Its optional on the fans. I got mine hooked up to the PF4 ECU and have them come on at certain temps. Fan 1 temp is different than fan 2 temp. Makes it nice so you don't need an electronic fan controller.
