Ill go 14bolt steer if I start ****ing shit up

No need to build a custom axle, you can always upgrade the 60 housing with 70 gears if they start breaking but I think For Mud was talking about the tires possibly being more than the knuckles can stand.

A broken knuckle will ruin your day. Can't more the rig until you replace it anther one you

With a 12' wheelbase......That might be a good way to go. :D

A broken knuckle brings the suck...

Having high steer will add to the likelihood that your stock knuckles will let go. Since the knuckle was never designed to handle all that stress on that part of the knuckle, that's when people tend to see the knuckle failures. If you keep your steering in the stock location, you can make stock knuckles go for longer before needing to upgrade

I'm interested to see how the d60 handles the 47's for sure

The lift we have is a 15k rotary I love it wouldn't want to work with out it I have the bronze king pins and a spare set of knuckles I'm sure I'll have problems I've done a few things I would change now that it's already done but we shall see what happens I guess

I ride with someone who has just about the same rig ( Minus the links ) And he runs her pretty hard. The only problem has been the R&P. He does stand on it pretty hard.

Yeah, I was going to say knuckles and R&P is what I would worry about. Hell, its what I worry about on mine and I have just 44" boggers. Luckily what I think is saving mine is the fact I have a tired TBI350 under the hood (doesn't build much power to hopefully save the R&P), my steering is in the stock location (to hopefully save the knuckles) and I already have the 35 spline outer upgrade with drive flanges so I'm hoping the shafts last longer so I don't have to spend the coin on chromo's right now. Plus, I don't beat on my rig too hard. If I start hopping, I let off, back down, and try an new line. I don't like to spend $ replacing parts just so others can have a cool vid to upload to youtube :D

@k.baker I say get it running and on the trail and start replacing parts as you find weak points....it's looking freaking sick BTW!!

Than A pillar uprights looks like it would be pain to bend right.....Looks real good.

I never really thought about this before....How would replace a broken windshield after the bars are in place? Would it even be possible to do?
