Got any cool tools lately?

Caught the Ryobi grease gun on clearance today.
And while I was there went looking for a new drill since mine was the older bigger version, and it never came back after being lent out.
Found this kit with a drill, impact driver and 2 batteries for $100.... So, SCORE! Lol.

That grease gun will come in super handy when tightening the tracks on the skid loader.
Usually go through a full tune almost on each side if you have to remove them.
Which I do. Soon.IMG_20251010_194706564~2.jpgIMG_20251010_194658594_HDR~2.jpg

I have an extra impact now, so I'm going to take the older one and give it, along with an old battery and charger, to the person the never returned the drill.
Kind of a passive aggressive thing. Lol.

I’m not very Christ like. Only thing is I’d give him is the finger :deal:

Lol.
Longest term friend I've had. Was my first best friend. Till I moved away for a bunch of years, and we went separate directions.
Been friends with him for 42 years. And really he lives 2 doors from my shop and is married to my current (last 30 years) best friend's sister lol.
If I really wanted it, I'd walk down and ask.
Giving him the other one and charger will be funny, because I'll give him chit at the same time, and he'll catch the passive aggression. :haha:

Anyone looking at those modular plastic pack out style tool boxes?

You guys using anything like this?

I’m still all about the soft bags. The major benefit to pack outs is the ability to clip it to practically anything. Great for offroad rigs honestly.

Update on the DeWalt mag drill.

I have used it for thin material with success. Been happy with it. Needed to go through both sides of 2x3x3/16 rectangle tubing. Marked one side. Set it up and put a used 2.5 inch hole saw in it. 20 seconds each side. No chattering. Square through both sides. Drilled from one side.

Super happy with it.View attachment 467518View attachment 467519
Have you had a chance to do any thick {1/2 or so} steel yet?
I am to the point of needing one of these.

Went through 7/8" with it. Used an annular cutter, 1" diameter. Worked great.

I had an issue with the auto oiler. Nowhere in the directions does it tell you to remove the plug.

Well i like my original unit with the swivel wheel so much ( right ) . I ordered 2 more kits and installed them today . 1 unit got a new front tire and the other got 3 new tires .

Cant wait for next season to be more productive and get jobs done faster . :deal:

Are these for striping?
Or are they blowers for clearing grinding and dust before applying sealer?
