It will have to stay full bodied for a bit. Got some stuff to R and D that requires all the sheetmetal to be in place. Oh, and street legal!!!

Aluminum fuel tanks are a for sure thing!
bed bob and taper
Ballpark size?
We'll for sure be doing a standard tank to fit inside the frame rails in the rear. As much capacity as space will allow. Of course we'll be doing alot of custom stuff along this line. I don't think there is anyway to do standard tanks that will fill the need for everyone.

X2 I'd love a 20 gallon tank that gave me more ground clearence and more axle clearanceSort of made to order-ish? I'd love a low profile tank & skid that would still use the OE gauge and filler. I would think something in the 15~20 gal range should be plenty for a days worth of wheeling. I absolutely hate the way my factory 31 gal hangs down so low but I don't want anything inside the cabin because my kids will be in the back seat.

If you could incorporate cable shifters in this build that would be great. I know alot of people would like a reasonably priced 203/205 cable shifter setup or maybe just a 205 cable shifter setup
Here's where I was planning on getting parts when the time came to make my own http://www.midwestcontrol.com/THAT IS THE TICKET KURT. everyone complains about the NWF stuff. If you can make twin and triple stick cableshifters for less than NWF or for the same price as non cable you'll be sellin them like hotcakes.
