Sorry for the delay LOL. I started on it at 8 AM Saturday morning and finished up about 3 AM Sunday 
I think I have a few progress pics on the other camera, but here are the finished installed getting used in the woods pics.
Pulled my beadlock ring out some. Fixing up with a little hammer work.

My winch is not working for some reason. It just clicks lightly, but noting else. Wrapped my rope around my stinger and got out with 4 people rocking my slider up off the rock

Short video of a lttle muddy trail we played on at the end of the day. The kids loved it! They enjoy the high rpm stuff a little more. I kept having to get out of it cause the tires would clean out and hook up

I told you why the winch quit working. Corrosion on the inside of the motor housing. Not hard to believe with the humidity in your area. Happens to me about every other year or so too. Just take it apart, clean off the corrosion, put a light coat of oil on the part that turns (I guess it's called an armature) and you're back in business. I drilled a couple of small holes in the bottom of the motor housing on my winch and it seemed to help the moisture drain out before it could cause problems. If you're hearing some clicking sounds, it isn't the solenoids probably.
Ok I remembered somebody had said something, but couldnt remember what it was. I'll check it out. Can I take that apart without splitting the winch in half?

You can probably just take loose about four long screws on the side with the motor housing (usually not the one with the clutch handle) and take the motor housing off with no trouble. There may be a little small cover on the very end of the motor housing for access to the brushes. Leave that on and just take the whole cover off. You may want to disconnect the winch from the battery first to avoid shorting anything. You may have to tap the housing with a rubber mallet to get it to come loose because there's an o-ring that's supposed to seal the housing up somewhat. After you get the cover off the motor, you should be able to slide the armature thing off the shaft that couples it to the drum. You may have to manipulate the brushes a little to get the armature out. Also, be careful putting it all back together so you don't mess the brushes up. I've never seen any brushes go bad on a winch that only sees occasional use. If the corrosion on the inside of your motor housing is as bad as it was on mine the first time I disassembled it, you'll be shocked. That armature will be locked up tight. Like I said, I drilled one or two small holes in mine to help the moisture dry out. I think some Warns already have a hole for that purpose. Good luck.

Ok well I am back from my 7 month pleasure cruise... Been back for over a week, but havent even looked twice at the Blazer.
New Alternator installed (died on the last trip out) and battery is charging.
Front driveshaft is in more pieces than it is supposed to be so I have a plan for that.
All the spots with no paint look awful after sitting in the rain for 7 months so I may do a bit of corrosion control on the body and wheels.
First gotta get this thing started and go from there. Next trip is Jan 1st!

Thanks Colby! Its good to be back. I had some big plans during deployment, but most likely just gonna wheel till spring and go from there. This time of year is the fun season. If I tear it down to start new stuff it will be ~May
