How will my K5/truck look with xx" tires on xx" of lift?

Creep3286, The 39" XZL's run on a 16" rim. The 46's and 52's run on the 20" rims. My tires came with the rims on them. They are a VERY heavy split rim with a lock ring and a solid rubber run flat inside. Here is a photo that I found online showing the type of rim they came with.

205/55/16's with 4 inch lift springs and zero rate (1.5 forward) up front and redneck shackle flip in rear with 1.5" block and d60/14bolt. As well as a 3" body lift...

Do you think I'll have to do much trimming? At least it fits in the garage now.

Picture #1: my 86 with 44s 4" spring lift (don't know the brand came with it) I got the rest of the lift by bolting in a second frame (stacking) this pic is 2006. Yes its a poser pic I had just got it together. you can see bits still hanging underneath. bald 44" gumbo monster mudders and a 10 bolt front

The fiberglass tilt nose makes working on the engine much easier I need a new one and to make some kind of exo this winter. It mostly sees mud.

Left is stock sittin on 31/10.50/15 winston wieners,.... Right is 4" rough country spring front/4inch block and add a leaf rear w/custom made angle shims. sittin on 35/12.50/15 BFG muddies, still on factory rallies. self made swaybar dropsand CV rear shaft and 4.56 gears to be added SOON.
