I'm gonna say stock as well. Easiest way to tell is if the front springs are negatively arched, it's stock.

Look like a stocker. Check the front springs for the negative arch and rear springs for blocks and longer u-bolts.

Thanks guys. I'm sure this question has been asked but you can't use the search function on words shorter than 4 letters or something so i can't search for ( 35" ) by itself; can 35" tires fit front and rear on stock ride height if you're only doing road driving?
Not without alot of fender hacking. I just put some 33"truxus mt's on mine and i could not turn the wheel more than 45* without rubbing. Granted its probably because of the wheels and backspacing that my buddy has mounted on them. But 35s would be too much unless you hack (please no sawzall)

Yep, I've had 33s on a stock suspension and it worked fine on the road - no rubbing. Additionally, it worked pretty well off road, but did rub the fenders at full flex. I did keep the sway bar during that time.
Those are 33"s on mine. However I think the backspacing and everything on those mickey rims may be the reason for rubbing as Ive heard people say they work fin on stock rims. Also I feel like these 33s run on the big side. As they look alot bigger than my 32s in diameter.

I see evidence of a front "add a leaf" on the front springs. Most likely to support whatever goes into the 2 square tubes on that front bumper.

are add-a-leaf kits like lift kits? stiffen up the suspension? is it just me or does my front end look a little higher than the rear?
I agree that it looks higher in the front. You could check by measuring your rocker to ground clearance on flat concrete at the rear of the front wheel well and at the front of the rear wheel well.

In that first pic you can plainly see the end of a universal type helper spring. How does it ride?

the 2nd and 3rd (or 3rd and 4th, i'm not sure what the convention is for the sm465) are out. i have not driven the truck faster than 10 mph yet so i'm not sure how it rides. can you see the helper spring because of that gap?
