How will my K5/truck look with xx" tires on xx" of lift?

Thanks man. I've been wanting a 4 speed truck for a while now and this one looks like a great starting point. I bought a 90 R20 as a parts mule, had sub 100k miles, a perfect interior and a TBI 454 to boot. I haven't done any research yet to see if the 87/90 computers can interchange proms, if not I'll just carb it. Torn between a 8" spring lift and a 6" spring+ zero rates + 1" body pucks, either way I would be doing crossover steering at some point. It's only going to get street use, about 3k miles a year, minimal towing (if any). So many plans, where to start.....

Here is a picture of my junk, unknown 4" lift front springs + zero rate and 4" block in rear. Hopefully swapping for a shackle flip soon. Its sitting on 35x13.50 toyo mt on 15x10 wheels.

One day I'll put doors back on it. Haha.

Swapping engines right now. Got the old one out last weekend but it will be next weekend before I get around to getting the new one in and getting it running.

I know it would be a LOT of work, but someone should go through this thread and delete all the posts without pictures (like THIS one), and PM the people who didn't include thorough specs, to have them edit their posts and fix dead picture links.

Great idea

Thanks. I liked it because it is optioned out really strange. It is a TBI 350, 4 speed with granny gear, rubber mat, tilt wheel, a/c, and all manual roll up windows.

Man, if it had hub caps or steel wheels Marty would die over this one

Funny you say that. I am going to purchase a set of steelies with caps in 17's for both my 72 and the 87 from World Famous 4x4
