Well I finally got a tiny bit done today.
I got to see what the previous owner included!
Nice clean oil all over the D60 ARB!!
And I came up with another modification for the new to me front cover. I drilled and tapped holes in the flange for Jack bolts. It was a bear to get the old one off!
I put 3 up high since I believe that it won't take much with this technique to get it cracked loose. Time will tell...
I didn't have any short bolts to plug the holes right now, but I also left the magnetic plug for it at work...

I also looked things over some, made another attempt at getting the fan shroud to play better with the vortec fan, and spent some time BS'ing with @azblazer
Re-routed the air line to the front different again, still not quite happy with it.
