I also looked things over some, made another attempt at getting the fan shroud to play better with the vortec fan, and spent some time BS'ing with @azblazer
Re-routed the air line to the front different again, still not quite happy with it.
Just cut it

You expect the aluminum to holdup?
Cutting the bottom out for the winch wasn't my best idea

I have a thought for bracing the lower part of the shell, next to the winch. It's hard on the wires for the turn signals. Broke one last year.

Brace it to the side of the winch plates?

Yeah, welding a tab on ....but I don't know if I should screw the aluminum to it. If I do, not tight...
I should probably make a brace of of the radiator support.

Use a piece of soft rubber between the tab and aluminum to absorb the vibration

Done, sort of.... I had a piece of aluminum strap. Made it screw to the bottom of it to the radiator support. Left side is good, right side is broken by the headlight, needs more work.

Your power steering hose is an '80 and up o ring type

Thanks! I think that maybe we talked about that the other night, but my memory may be slow....

Mine too, so I'm just posting what goes through my brain so I don't forget

I'm thinking AC in the 72, and run the front hangers 4" forward. Run 24/28 springs or move the axle forward 2"
