Thad, from Rockstar Customz , put it in perspective for me the first year I had Bruiser. We ran up Moab Rim on Sunday together. He said that every time he looked back at me, I had a smile on my face. That truck paid for itself that weekend with my son.....

And just in case any of you guys haven't met Thad , here is a picture of the ugly schmuck up 21 Rd, after he got his mullet chopped raising money for cancer research.

When the engine goes back in, you should paint it black. Just saying

The MAW'S are hard on the wallet.....
And time......

But it's good to have friends to discuss things with.

I’ve always found friends opinions to be hard on the wallet! Lol! But good advice is good advice just got to pick and chose what is good for you.

So unfortunately this purchase will mean waiting on some other things, but my thought process was to do what I could to make the engine go for quite a while, so that I could trust it, and not have to build one next year. I know that the cylinder damage isn't ideal, but I will see if it is an issue. I can use the intake, rockers and bolts that I have, and even transfer to a different short block later.

So now I look forward to all the talk about how I should have gone LS.....
:D
