After all of time you guys spend telling others to do burnouts, you want me to take down a picture of one???
Crazy.....

Just a boring pic of new tank...
But :D
I still have had good luck with @RockAuto on good prices and fast service. This showed up a day early, for $93 after the discount code.

check for cracks around the filler neck where it meets the tank. Had to return two tanks for this reason, they pack them like $hit.

Thanks, it was in the box that Spectra put it in. I was surprised that it wasn't a little bigger for more protection.

yeah mine were in a spectra box too. There's just nothing supporting the neck in the box.....

This one had LOTS of air bags, and even some foam pads in the box. It looks good, I even got my very critical coworker check it.
Thanks again for the heads up!

Glad to hear, they must have finally figured it out.

WOW!!!! So you did a little bit to your truck, went and had some fun, now I'm a slacker??????

:flipoff3:

But I wish that I had gone too!!
I didn't take any pics yesterday as progress was slow due to several reasons.

I didn't check the camera.......
I shortened a windshield frame, and the box got cut down more , packed some other parts for shipping, AFTER I helped the wife some at the house. Then I took a rear spring pack apart, knocked the bushings out, cleaned it a little , remembered that my new center pin bolts were at home,,, stalled..... put on freshly cleaned torque converter cover , took it back off because there is a variation with one hole different. So I fixed the one that I had already cleaned before, and put a longer bolt in the problem spot....
Found out when I got home that I had 2 more covers which were correct. ...
By this time I was ready for food and a drink....
