Looks good I would be happy with those results.
lol.. I have to finish this, and do some on my buddies Cordoba. Change floor pans, rockers, and and a middle cab corner on the blue truck.
The lifepo4 are pretty safe, better than lithium ion and they have come down in price quite a bit. They've been around a while, but I've been too many videos of bad chit happening with them and chit burning down.
I'm not brave enough lol

AGM=Gell Cell like an Optima, the can still vent and spray acid vapor all over inside your cab. I've had it happen with an X2 AGM in my RV, I saw it happen to Wade on the tail, and I've even had it happen to me with a battery in a UPS in a datacenter.I only run AGM in cab. And I don't CHARGE my cell phone in it. Lol.
That's the part that gets my brain, is the massive discharge rates, followed with high amps going back in immediately.
It's got to be 99% safe or companies like XSpower wouldn't have lasted so long.
I keep staring at em when I'm in stereo mode on the web.
Just not ready to jump on board yet lol.![]()
Optima batteries are AGM, but that is not the same thing as Gel. The AGM has lower resistance and therefore can deliver more current. Gel isn't really what you want for starting your car - those are the batteries found in UPS and emergency lights. Any lead-based battery can be boiled to where it vents if it's charged hard enough. AGM is safer than flooded, though.AGM=Gell Cell like an Optima, the can still vent and spray acid vapor all over inside your cab. I did not realize that, I thought they were two terms for the same thing. At any rate, if you have an AGM, gell cell, or flooded lead acid battery installed inside your vehicle it should be installed in a sealed case that is vented outside of the vehicle.Optima batteries are AGM, but that is not the same thing as Gel.
