Little lower, little cooler, bigger sounds.
It's been working ok as far as I could tell 
Have an odd harmonic vibration when its at a certain rpm cruising with no load. Never had that before.
Like 45mph 3rd gear, and you're barely kissing the pedal.
Didn't notice that to start with. And the Drive shaft was checked by the BIG shop nearby. Could possibly be related...?

Also, found this white rubber ring that feels like a rubber band.
Don't have any idea where something like that may have come from in the trans.?
Don't know that it did even. But it was found in the fluid on the floor and I haven't seen a rubber band around the shop in a long time lol.
So who knows where it came from.

Looks like a teflon sealing ring to me.
Is it stretchy?
It does look like a sealing ring, those are usually flexible, but not stretchy.

That vibration is shudder from the torque converter. The shavings could be from there too.It's been working ok as far as I could tell

I am not an expert on it but had it happen a couple of times and I discussed it with a few builders including Greg.Well.... That's not good
It typically only happens in no load or light load cruising and goes away with just enough throttle to get a load on

Does it go away if you give it more gas?
By the way all i did was add shudder fix and it worked fine for a year and gave away the truck still running good
