I got the pump from Grainder, you can also get it from Northern tool. Its a Haldex 12v, make sure you get the one for double acting cylinders. The system holds perfect unless you are low on fluid. I drove on the street at about 50 and it did perfect. Just don't hit the rear steer at those speeds. It really sucks!!!

ok thanks. Is that from experience?

Well it seems after all that work, the truck worked damned good this weekend at Katemcy. Ill get pics up when i can and emailed to you!

Cool bro it was nice wheelin with you, the truck is a little wore out but I didn't break anything major. Thats always a plus.

kickass build.with rear steer you should have something to lock it in place.at least for safety reasons i would.would really suck to flip into the ditch at high speed and kill all that hard work.looks like it all works real well also.

How us the up travel and the lowered bump stops working out for you? No problems with clearance?

It sucked, no problems with clearance, it just sucked. That is one of the many reasons I parted the truck out and sold it. Decided to build a buggy.

Thanks man, I really never had the need to pin the rear. Truck was slow and not street legal. For all the hard work, bought my shocks for my current project.

Oh... didnt know you parted it.

Sure doesnt give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about my own project.:eek1:

It was on 47's for 2 rides before I sold it.

If you like to crawl, its bad ass. When you need to bump up stuff, it was painfull. My wheeling style was changing, I liked to hit stuff harder and faster. So the rig had to change too. It's real hard to keep stuff low on Rockwells.

Crawl... hardly at all for me. I live in MI... so its almost all mud. Some trail rides that include all kinds of things... but mostly all mud.

sorry to hear you parted it out.looked like fun though.i didnt see,but do you have your next build started or are you still gathering more cool parts for it?

did you sell the axles? i love that exo-cage. i like the way it protects everything and also i love the way it ties into the ''bed''(looks like you put alot of thought into it), i'd like to see it from every angle you have of it...i may build 1 identical or real close...i like it THAT much!(you didn't happen to draw up blueprints or saved a CAD print of it, did you?)

i noticed some1 made the comment that it was pipe, are we talking about sch40 or sch20 carbon steel pipe? if so, no wonder you breaking 1 ton stuff, did you ever weigh it? if thats sch40 pipe, it would of weighed in like a tank, but you wasn't going to hurt it! i bet if someone was to fab that up w/ 1 3/4'' .134 wall dom it wouldn't tear up 1 ton axles....not nearly as bad anyway.

what diameter pipe is it? did you use weld on bends & grind the weld down smooth to make your curves or did you bend sch40 or sch20 pipe? what did you use to bend that heavy of pipe? sch 40 pipe prolly has a heavy enough wall, you could bend it w/1 of those bottle jack benders, they call ''kinkers'' w/o it kinking. if you could get pins that would hold up. sch20 prolly not heavy enuff not to kink, its only 1/8''(.125) wall. sch40 is 1/4'' wall.(.250) that would be HEAVY!
