Here are some updates.
Made a steering shaft to clear the coilover.
Because I mounted them angled in at the top the d/s coilover is directly in the path of the OEM shaft.
Used 2 XJ shafts and a 3/4 heim joint to snake the shaft around the coilover.

Got the Dana 60 built. Putting the axles together was a breeze. CTMs are by far the easiest Ujoint Ive ever installed, no little needles to fall and jam things up.
Had to grind away part of the housing to install the OX.

To avoid failure at the steering box section of the frame, I added some beef.

Tossed the fenders on and got it sitting on all fours.
Pretty happy with the ride height.

Got the hydro assist ram mounted and lines run.
Also got the rear straps and bumps mounted.
Ran brake lines and got the system bled.

Never seen this one till today either. Should look good with a tiny short box on it.

Been busy re wiring the whole truck.
Made a fuse/relay box for the 6.0
The underdash harness was pretty hacked by previous owners, so I ordered a new wire harness kit from American Autowire.
