NON Chevy’s in the Wild

Saw this Yota while out on one of the barrier islands today - I don’t know if this guy is just really into the outdoors type of camping life or work’n on being homeless ???

We have 100's of those type all winter. cause living on BLM is free. Only have to move around every few weeks.

I'm in Tokyo on vacation, so here are some cool non-Chevies in the wild I've seen.

Suzuki Jimny (yes that's the correct spelling) kei car suv. Super cute and they have a huge aftermarket, since they've been in production since 1970. This is a 4th gen, but you probably remember the 2nd gen from the late 80s/early 90s as the Suzuki Samurai. 1000019541.jpg

Suzuki Jimny. I want to import one and make it look like a mini version of my Jimmy. It's already essentially the same color as mine.

My brother's girlfriend has this '95 Volvo 940 wagon she named BB (short for Baby Blue) and graciously offered to drive us from Tokyo to Yokohama to see the Mooneyes shop. 1000019718.jpg

She surprised us with a visit to the Daikoku Parking Area, a famous rest stop where car and bike enthusiasts gather for unofficial car shows or meetups at all hours of the day or night. It's not accessible on foot or by public transportation, only motor vehicles. So it's pretty cool.

Nissan Skylines are like Camaros, Mustangs, or Chargers. Cheap, powerful, popular to mod, often owned by douchebags.

My boy is into cars of all types. He likes supercars the most, of which there were plenty.
