Oh you better know how much I wanted to do that
I got 550 for my 4cyl and transmission though so it wasn't a bad tradeoff

Tubs? Where we are going we don't need no tubs. If I had a clean 70s clip I'd consider it. It's pretty much going to be 100% buggy so it can be whatever I throw on the front.

What 70's?
I have fenders hood and core from 73-77 Chevy.
Your's if you want them.
You can narrow them too and maybe make them one piece flip forward.
I also have the newer 81-88 Chevy too.
I need to get rid of every thing so let me know.
And I didn't find a 350/205 adapter.

Well my friends and Dad are bad influences.

If your gonna do it might as well go all out right? Originally I was going to build off the frame since i was going to keep the 3 link up front. Came across a screaming deal on full hydro So I wanted to ditch the box and 3 link.

It seemed stupid to keep 30inches of frame in the middle so here we go...

Harness and ECU just showed up from being worked over from Wayne. Excited about that.

Picked up another np205 for 50 bucks with a good condition adapter on it, So im set there now. And can sell the 205 to recoup some costs.

Managed to wrestle the front axle in and put it where it needs to go. Also did the front framerails and got them into place. Should have some pictures when I wrap things up tonight.

Thats what it looked like. Didnt know if maybe you went .188 wall on the lower bars to connect the links to.

I thought about it, but I saw enough that were all .120 that I decided against it. Im just gonna make sure my gussets and nodes are in good spots and rock it.

Is there a chassis you are basing it off? Or are you just Norcal Chris Winging it?
