10K+ trucks rolling in, vendors, food and near by entertainment. Keep the barley pops in a non labeled cup, no canopies unless you are in the grass. A all day adventure, show up before the gates open and you don't have to wait in or park in BFE.

Done with these. On to the spare pivot.

Hole-sawed for start for the spindle mount.
The DOM is a tight fit. That whole corner will be fully encapsulated, and tie the three 2” tubes together with the spindle.

That's max hinge extension, and about 1/16" to the door. Door straps make that gap a little over 1".

All burned in. For mild steel, this handled the heat really well.
I have a 3D triangle gusset that would tie the bottom of the spindle to that angled tube, but I might skip it.

This is what I need to do on my suburban, I will not have that perfect result but minimum lift with maximum tire is what I want
What if any are the inner fenders gonna be. Shock ish or complete custom
That would be amazing.
I have wanted to do a set like that for awhile, I don't like the hood louvers because I can't make them different then everyone else.
They're scratch custom. Neal built them and they're already painted. They're on here, but a few pages back.
Munssey and I have talked about pulling a mold for carbon, but that will have to be after SEMA.
