Overkillz Dune Truggy Build

Deuling why you no call me back???

Oh dang i did miss a call from you. My bad. Im really bad about phone calls lol. I always have my phone on vibrate and i never feel it, and it never shows me that i have a missed call unless i actually go into the call thing. Im better to get ahold of by text cuz i check it more lol.

When are people gonna stop spelling "Customs" with "K"s and "Z"s. Nothing against you, Adam, just tired of seeing it. Like exhaust stacks on pickup trucks.

And, peoples opinions.... Oh... Wait.... :doah:

Although, on the topic of "Kustomz", why do people even use that word? :dunno:
It seems to me that, if you fabricate, inherently, it's all custom.

So, why the unnecessary designation>?

Stacks on Diesel pickups are just bad-a$$... :flipoff7:

Prolly cuz we are just a bunch of 21 year old dbags and we thought it sounded cool :D

It's a good feeling standing back and looking at something you just created that did not exist before.

BTW, what do you use for a tube bender?

ITs a HF Pipe bender.

It will bend a 90 in 1" pipe (which is really 1-3/8ish OD) really nice. Much bigger and it dents a little where the rollers are but not enough to bug me. It does just fine the what I payed for it. When we get the doing the cage Im gonna try packing the pipes with sand and capping the ends to see if it helps any. Ive heard it does.

Kustomz, skinny jeans, dbags and leather seats in a truck that goes nowhere......:haha::haha::haha:

H3ll ya I'm in for the shenanigans. I need entertainment to check in on when I am on the road. You do realize you may be giving Paul a seizure with this thread right?:doah:

Just saying I and probably Paul built lotsa cheap piles to thrash, and if I could I would be there with to lay some bead.

Now that I am older I have have patience to build the dream rather than the thrash and the income isn't as disposable as it was when we were in the 20's. Thanks for bringing back the build it break it memories but I am now at the point of build it and don't build it again age. I live vicariously through my kids though helping them with build, destroy, build it again.

Its gonna be fun though.

Got a gasket set for the 350. Did intake, oil pan for now. Had to dremel out the holes on the carb intake to fit on the tbi heads with the different angled center 4 holes.

Um, scrounged up a starter, flexplate, torque converter, motor mounts, old school fuel cell, and other misc crap.

Just need a dizzy and a carb and fuel line really and she will be ready to breath again for the first time since last winter. :waytogo: And also its a Napa Crate 350 with roughly 120k on it. Ran great when we took it out, he built a 383 though.
