You are correct, but Holley vane pumps are a different design, they will work with no return. A high pressure efi pump, especially run at lower pressures, usually needs a return, unless you PWM the pump. quote]

Early tbi motors have it, late ones don't. Generally speaking. Lots of variations. Google something like, tbi cam fuel pump lobe or something. Lots of mention about it.

Lol, it was like what 4 months of waiting from summit. They just kept saying dart has them on back order every time he called. He got pissed 2 weeks and canceled and called Jegs cuz I told him about Glenns.

From what im reading they just used up the old leftover blocks but didnt put the extra lobed cams in to run the pumps.... Not worth a cam change.
