OH YA! 20 minutes with the pressure washer makes a world of difference. nice to work on a "clean" slate! and I bunged it up. the truck only had 55,000km (34,175 miles) on it when it came off the road, not 80,000km like I thought. and it was a soft roll in the farmers feild. it just weighed so much it destroyed the cab and box.

No question that the frame is beef, but holy jeebus you're going to mount the chev body on that frame.:eek1: Thats going to be some long hours of fab work there....

my new 06 chevy is just begging for a 12 valve, 4 linked air bagged rear and a 03 and up dodge solid axle, convert it to a dually on some nice 22.5 chunks of metal and.. and.. and.. this thread is horrible for my brain:crazy::D
 
why not right. its not my daily driver anymore. its taken the place of my old red Dodge toy. and I've got too much peer pressure around me and I'm weak :D

1 bud is over 1200hp now, but split his block in 1/2 at the 3-4 hole last month at a 1/4mile event. a couple others are knocking at the door. can't get left behind now. :whistle:

my new intermediate shaft for the 2wd NV4500 vs the old 2wd 47rh shaft. the smallest ujoint in any of my drivelines front rear or jack shaft is a 1410. and the rear diff is 1480.
