with these rims and tires Alcoa 22.5" Michelin 255/70r22.5 are 37" tall. semi agressive tread. its an all position trailer tire. I don't care it'll work good for me
got my new motor mounts. quad high density poly isolators. quality is there. fit and finish looks good. I like them. even took the time to mill the back of the block mount. pics don't really show it but it 1/2" plate for the block mounts and the subplates are 1/4" good beef.
just rolled the leftovers of my chev chassis into the driveway tonight. can literally swap the engine with the chassis' being nose to nose. and having the new mounts helps.
nothing is stock anymore. the 205 is divorced obviously, out of a late '70s Ford. the OEM tcase in it was a BorgWarner 1440 I have to through that POS away still, been tripping over it for a year.
that is going to be one long ass front driveshaft, maybe you can rig it where the front and rear will be the same application so if you ever damage your rear unit, the front can be swapped out pretty easily.
Either way, that truck is going to be amazing when you are finished, and I will definitely be green with envy. Talk about beef!
