I flushed the fuel lines when I did the in tank pump. Did not notice anything dripping anywhere. I started to shorten the return hard line and it rotated in its bracket.
The more I messed with it, the worse it got. Crawled under the truck and found a break in the line right next to the exhaust collector. Not a place to add soft line. So a new hard line has to be made.

Progress, then back peddle.

At least you found it now.

Little things getting done. I am so slow now it is ridiculous.
Bad fuel line swapped out with new bent line to match the old one. Regulator mounted. Main feed to it and the return done. Waiting on my millionth Summit order with the one fitting I forgot to order and more hose.

Drilled and tapped a 1/4-20 hole for an Addel clamp to control the hoses. Hand running the bolt in and it started gaulding. Then broke off while backing it out. I got a new hole done and anti seize added. Called it for the night.

i only use copper anti-seize anymore . its the min required for stainless but the heat range is SOO much better over silver/aluminum based .

Stainless fasteners are a pain, nothing worse than having one almost tight and it gaulds fast

I'm right there with you Wade, I feel your pain.
I still need to drop about 20# but I'm not holding my breath it's gonna help any speed wise.
It gets pretty frustrating. Losing strength also, gets worse every year.
