Yep. Fresh this morning, it was an easy fix.
I had this happen to a friend over the weekend. He had to change the fuel pressure regulator on his 2005 Duramax. He could not get one bolt loose and the electrical connector released. I went over Sunday afternoon to look at it. He called before I got there. Both were removed instantly. He just had to get past the frustration and sore hands from the day before. The fact that he took this on surprised me. Not the mechanical type. But he is at my place watching and helping a lot for the knowledge. I constantly tell him, "with the right tools, anything can be fixed. Even if you have never done it."
He decide to replace the fuel return hose while it was out due to it looking weather cracked. $55 for the preformed hose. paid $10 per inch, I guess.
